Poste à occuper :
Your responsibilities include the complete planning of various travel arrangements, from gathering destination information to making recommendations based on your expertise, followed by using your connections in the travel industry to secure reservations for our valued guests.
Key Accountabilities:
Quoting for worldwide travel agents, Tour Operators and direct clients.
Creating a range complex and simple tailor made itineraries to meet and exceed the client’s requirements.
Comprising and costing for Group tours and brochures.
Follow-up with clients with respect to booking related matters.
Responsibility for price quotations to the clients and collection of payments.
Wide capacity of negotiation (maximization of costs).
Increasing company sales by sourcing new clients due to the excellent service provided to existing clients.
Profil recherché :
Key Requirements:
At least 2 or 3 years of relevant work experience in Travel Agencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal in both English and French)
Well-organized with ability to work on multiple projects autonomously but also be a good team player
