Poste à occuper :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate is a freelance professional with excellent English communication skills and a passion for online business. You will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our store’s operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Research: Identify trending products and market opportunities.
Customer Support: Provide timely and friendly assistance to customers via email, chat, or social media.
Order Management: Oversee the order fulfillment process, track shipments, and resolve any order-related issues.
Requirements:
Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Experience in e-commerce or virtual assistance is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
